What can we ask you for?+

How do we ask for changes?+
However's easiest: a message, a doc, a screenshot. Requests are unlimited and worked in your order. We answer within 24 hours, and you approve everything before it goes live.
How fast do things go live?+

What about VCPR and state telehealth rules?+
Your vets and your lawyer decide what's allowed in each state, and we build to their rules. If a state needs an in-person exam before a prescription, the intake books that pet parent an exam first. Pet parent details and health answers never reach your ad or analytics tools.
Can our own developers take it over later?+
For sure. Nothing is locked to us. It's built on your accounts and your domain, and anyone you hire can pick it up.
Are there any refunds?+
Yes. If week one isn't working for you, you get 75% of your first month back. The other 25% covers the audit and setup we've already done.
